Cascade's senior leadership team is comprised of a complementary mix of experience in aerospace, defence, government relations, business growth and development, engineering, human resource management and finance. The senior team leading Cascade are:

Justin Currie, Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

Prior to joining Cascade in 2008, Justin was involved in several start-up to commercialization business ventures, and brings significant expertise to continuously improving company programs and operations.

Dwayne Lucas, Senior Vice President & retired Brigadier General (BGen) of Canada's Air Force

Prior to joining Cascade, Dwayne Lucas was responsible for all Canadian aircraft equipment and managed a $1.3 billion budget for Canada's Department of National Defence (DND). He is recognized as a visionary leader who transformed the DND management of aircraft fleets and established the Canadian In-Service Support (ISS) industry.

Deborah Maynard, Vice President, Human Resources

Terry Peterson, Vice President, Finance & Corporate Services

Prior to joining Cascade, Terry served several years in senior executive roles in finance, technology and operations in the public transportation field. He has proven record as a change agent and has implemented improvements in every area in which he has been involved.
